The locations. I left my room ard 1pm & came back ard 2.30pm yet my room was not been clean. They should check on each room to see any request to clean the room.The one without request can be done later. This was very dispointed!

The location is good. The dinner menu at the restaurant and the restaurant’s facilities are very dark and lack natural light.

객실 창 밖으로 페트로나스 트윈타워가 바로 보이고, KLCC 공원에 붙어 있어서 호텔 그 자체가 관광지나 다를 바 없어 정말 좋았습니다. 수리아몰이나 쿠알라룸푸르 컨벤션센터, Pertama Sapura Tower 아케이드와 걸어서 금방 다닐 수 있어서 식사나 쇼핑 모두 편리했고요. 마침 쿠알라룸푸르 컨벤션센터에서 IGEM 2026이 열렸던 시기였는데 컨벤션센터와 호텔이 바로 붙어 있어서 행사 참석에 매우 편리했습니다. 조식도 맛있었고 직원들도 친절해서 세탁이나 레이트 체크아웃 요청도 잘 처리해 주었습니다. 교통도 호텔이나 쿠알라 룸푸르 컨벤션센터에서 그랩을 잡거나 수리아몰을 지나 Rapid KL Kelena Jaya 선 KLCC역 등에서 지하철을 타는 것, 페트로나스 트윈타워 앞에서 버스를 타거나 시티 투어 버스를 타는 것 모두 편리해서 관광지나 공항 이동에 불편함이 없었습니다. 쿠알라룸푸르 최고의 호텔이라고 할 수 있습니다. 딱히 없습니다
