The room was filthy, the microwave was full of burnt food, the neighbors were unruly, and no one was in the office when I arrived.

The location was handy, which made everything easy to get to.

The manager was pleasant and helpful, the recently remodeled room was clean with a comfortable bed and a Keurig, but the room sat between two long‑term residences with very thin walls, so a remodel would need better insulation and separate hotel rooms on each side.
