The room was spacious and located in a convenient area, within walking distance to the city centre.

It was close to where the Cervantes medieval fair and the old town are held, so the stay was fine 👍🏼. The worst part was the stone bed; I thought it was just my back because I have a delicate spine, but it seems my husband felt the same, along with the pillows… it caused a lot of back and neck pain.

The location is quiet, but I had to run away in total horror! There was no staff at all. I had no hot water on the fifth night, and the next day it was still cold. Ironing was paid (3 €/piece), there was no coffee machine, and no kettle in the room. I found leftover food from previous guests under the bed, the bin hadn't been emptied for five days, and there were grease stains on the walls.

The place is well situated, peaceful, spacious, and clean. The lady who handled my check‑in was friendly. The only downside was the price – everything in Alcalá de Henares was sky‑high because it was Cervantes week, but I was there for work, so the festival didn’t matter to me.
