Close to amenities and a 500m walk to the train station, but the extra accommodation tax that had to be paid on arrival was a surprise, and the 2100 yen fee for a lost key felt excessive, especially since the key was made of recordable plastic.

Very good location near Tokyo Station, excellent sound‑proof windows, and it was mouse‑silent at night; however, some receptionists did not speak enough English to help us further.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room had everything needed and we found it comfortable and welcoming. The bathroom had a shower with excellent water pressure. Perfect for short stays. We also liked the area where it was located. There was little space to open large luggage. Breakfast was not offered.
