The location, room, and staff were good. The lobby and breakfast area need a bit of updating, and the carpets in the bedroom are a bit grubby.

The 401 bus stop is right outside the door into Eyre Square.

The location was amazing, the view from the room was fabulous, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was wonderful. It is a little expensive, but I did get a good deal. One of the glasses in the room was dirty.

We adored how close the hotel was to the sea, the welcoming staff, the pool facilities, and the overall location; the nearby bus stop was incredibly convenient, and the hotel felt both comfortable and special. Nothing was wrong, it was great and we’ll return!
