I was not informed that the hotel was undergoing renovation, so the lobby looked like a disaster zone.

Room service was excellent, taste of food ( in room) was great, smooth check in & check out. By far in my entire stay room air conditioner was not working making me feel suffocated. Though service man visited & assured us that he fixed it but it was still the same. I was feeling so chocked & suffocated that I thought of checking out the very same moment. This is not how luxurious stays should be. . 2nd issue is about breakfast. Though I have included breakfast buffet in my package but it was so much jam packed that I rather skipped it both days & opted for in room service. The worst part is from my previous experience I first called at reception to confirm that whether seats are available or not but the representative assured us that the seats are available. As soon as I reached with my father they denied & asked us if we can share table. Like seriously? Although the staff was very calm& co operative but sorry Hyatt , you are loosing your charm! This was my 4 th visit which was quite disappointing. I hope you improves further otherwise you will loose some of your very genuine & frequently visiting guests!!
