The breakfast spread was full and better than many 4‑star spots in São Paulo, and the new apartments came with comfortable beds, fresh sheets, good bathrooms, hot showers, and even a small shower. The pet bath was excellent. On the downside, the restaurant exhaust vents directly to the exit of tower 3, so the smell of food and spices lingers there 24 h a day; they should redirect it to non‑guest areas. The pet fee wasn’t mentioned in any prior message. The gym was tiny, and although the apartments have grills, the windows aren’t sealed, letting the smell in all the time.

Comfort, service, and cleanliness were spot on, but the meals left something to be desired.

Friendly staff, great location, breakfast was excellent, and Saturday happy hour was pretty fun – I’d definitely come back. Next time I’ll book a sea‑view room because the city‑view ones are wind‑blown; we stayed in room 304 on tower 2, right in front of the kids’ pool, and by 9 am the bucket‑filling noise started again.

The kids had a blast with the recreation options, but the food was subpar and cold, a recurring issue for me that has led me to cut back on meals and I plan to keep cutting them.
