The location was practical, just a few steps from Termini station, which was exactly what we needed; the staff were friendly and polite. The hotel was dirty, and that alone raises concerns. At the entrance there was a water dispenser clogged with limescale all the way to the floor, which should already make you uneasy. Once inside the room, the lack of upkeep was confirmed: the room was small, the furnishings were dated, and the cleanliness was lacking. The photos on the website did not match our experience; perhaps we were stuck in the only unlucky room in the entire property? I’ll never know because I won’t return.
