The family room was sensational—never had one like this before. A huge bed for the parents, two loft beds for the kids, and a cozy sitting area for everyone. Right outside the room was a communal space for playing, reading, and relaxing. On the same floor was a small but nice pool and a sauna. The breakfast restaurant was excellent and offered everything you could wish for. Truly great, really great.

The rooms were excellent. The only issue was that the sofa and beds weren’t properly cleaned.

The beds were good and dinner was tasty, but the garage door wouldn’t open; after asking at reception, I was told there was a text on my phone that didn’t exist. I went back to reception where the staff member was on a call for about 15 minutes, causing a queue, and eventually I had to ask her to finish the call so she could help me open the garage. She didn’t know how to do it either, so a man who came over had to assist. It was a big hassle because there was only one person at reception, and we were about thirty minutes late for an important appointment because we couldn’t exit the garage.
