मेहमान होटल को हर पहलू पर कैसे आंकते हैं।
The room did not match the description, so I refused it and left. Still, I was charged for one night even though the staff acknowledged the problem and tried to contact me, but they couldn't offer an alternative. Most of the pictures are deliberately misleading. The pool and gym are tiny and worn out. Not recommended.

The hotel should be a 3‑ or 4‑star place. Everything should be open at night, but the reception closes at 10 pm. A 5‑star hotel should have all amenities open, lights on, activities running, even the pool should stay open past 7 pm.

The place is dimly lit to the point of darkness, rooms lack proper lighting, the staff are indescribably unfriendly, and breakfast is very mediocre compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at.

The beach was right at the gate, only a few steps to the night market, but you have to pay a 2000‑yuan deposit that isn’t mentioned beforehand, every drink in the room costs extra, there’s a 7‑11 nearby, so the hotel should probably stop offering drinks and alcohol, and the deposit is only returned after a checkout inspection, which feels unnecessary.
