The place is perfect for solo travelers, with a minimalist concrete industrial vibe that lets you breathe easier as soon as you step in. I especially loved the bathroom design—no door, just a curtain—giving a unique feel and more space for a solo stay. The location is flawless: turn left right after the entrance and you’re already on Jiufen Old Street, making it super convenient to grab taro balls or just wander, and you can return to the room anytime without hassle. Parking is free if you’re driving, though it’s a 12‑minute walk, but the view of the mountain town makes it worth it. At night the town quiets down, and sitting in the room with the concrete walls and dim light feels luxurious and beautiful. The service, space quality, and convenience all leave a strong impression. I’d highly recommend Jiufen Mountain for anyone wanting a place to talk to themselves and experience Jiufen’s unique vibe; I’ll definitely come back on my next solo trip. The fridge in the room only kept things cool, but that didn’t affect my overall love for the place; everything else was praise.
