The room was spotless and the staff greeted us with smiles; the location was great. However, the ambient perfume in the room was too strong, and at 8 am there was loud chatter from the housekeepers outside our door. The spa décor felt more like a municipal pool than a relaxing space.

We didn’t know before booking that the hotel was connected to the neighboring 5‑star property where our parents stayed, so we could join them for breakfast at no extra cost – a pleasant surprise. The location was excellent and a parking garage just a 1‑minute walk away, though it cost 24 €. The room was pricey and faced the next building, bringing a lot of noise from people above and through the walls, possibly from the air‑con unit.

The location was fantastic and the staff were lovely. The room was spotless and the bathroom was great. The mattress was a bit too soft for my back, but that didn’t ruin the trip in any way.
