A free car park and bus route are positives. I’ve stayed a few times and was so disappointed in the room: the bathroom smelled damp, the lino was peeling, the shower tiles were damaged, there was a hole in the bedroom wall, the carpet had stains and needed a deep clean, and the TV signal kept dropping so I had to turn it off. I was extremely disappointed.

The building is very nice and it’s always clean.

The stay was as advertised and room was spacious. Good value for money. There were a few gaps in the blind and noise carried from the roadway. Bathroom was missing a towel to dry hands
