“Masakra nie polecam !”

The place is a disaster—nothing worth mentioning, everything is a mess. The dinner we bought at the restaurant was far below its price, and the coffee on Monday was impossible to get because the restaurant was closed. I wouldn’t recommend it. On top of that, there were no hygiene supplies for business guests, which is unbelievable these days.

The hotel sits in a gorgeous spot with stunning views, close to the city center and great for mountain hikes. The on‑site café, park, saltwater spa, and saltwater pools are nice. I’m satisfied with my stay. The breakfasts were limited, offering nothing hot, and the dining area was noisy with women pushing strollers, making the dining hall feel gloomy.

I’m talking about a private stay: the room was clean, well‑maintained, and equipped with a kettle, cutlery, fridge, and TV. The view of the city and mountains was beautiful. However, the room lacked bottled water, shower gel, and a hair dryer. The dining area was crowded, and the opening hours were inconvenient (7:30–9:00). Either you stay or you sleep… The balcony was shared between two rooms, offering zero privacy. On the day of departure, at 8:57, the hotel’s day ends at 10:00. A woman who cleans the room knocked and asked “What time are we leaving?” – something we’ve never encountered before.

The room and breakfast were quite OK, but parking space was limited and the hourly parking fee was too expensive.
