The location was superb, just a short walk to Pleasure Beach train stop, tram, Pleasure Beach itself, and Splash Water Park; John and Donna were fantastic hosts, with John going out of his way to help—calling taxis when our train was cancelled, taking my husband to a laundrette after the kids’ clothes and shoes got soaked at Pleasure Beach, and ensuring everything was handled smoothly the next day; nothing was too much trouble for him, making him an outstanding host.
