I got good value for the money at this nice small hotel, and there was nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was good, the room was decent but on the smaller side, yet the price was quite reasonable.

The location was fine and the place was clean, but the reception staff were somewhat inadequate. They greeted me with “Wait a moment,” and the check‑in took 30 minutes with many explanations about their broken system. In the morning I asked another front desk person where the parking was, and the reply was “Have you not walked to the bowls? I can’t explain it now, if you need it then.” I’m writing this review for the owners’ information, not for the guests. The hotel is okay, but I hope the staff will be replaced.

The place was clean, cozy, and the staff were courteous and responsive; it was a quiet and peaceful spot to rest after a tiring day, whether you’re a tourist or traveling for work in the capital.

“Great location. This will be my choice of hotel for return visits.”

The hotel is beautifully designed, clean and tidy, and it’s just a short walk to central Sofia. They only offer breakfast, which is appreciated, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby for daytime meals. Parking is available but must be booked in advance for €15 per day. I will definitely come back.
