“We had the entire wedding party stay at the hotel and a food chunk of our guests that filled the hotel and this is how”

They charged us $100 for a dog that was never there, and when I asked to see the footage, the general manager said the cameras don’t cover room 357, so I couldn’t check, yet there was dog hair. I had arranged for someone to watch our dog so I could travel without it. The general manager was terrible; when I asked who I could speak to, she said I can’t contact the owners and then stopped talking. $100 is a lot.

The variety of dishes was good, and I appreciated that the restaurant stayed open until 5 am. I use a walker to get around, and the shower floor was very slippery even with a mat. There is a seat in the shower, but it can't be used because the shower head doesn't reach that far; a handheld shower head, slip strips on the floor, and moving the hand grip inside the shower would help.

The room had a noticeable smoke odor, but the staff handed me some Febreze and that really helped.

The breakfast offered decent options and was tasty, though I would have liked some fresh fruit; the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location suited our needs; we were directed to a Mexican restaurant that turned out to be excellent. We stayed in a pet‑friendly room, and I felt it could have been vacuumed a bit more thoroughly to reduce the odor.

“Comfortable and clean, would definitely stay again.”
