The toilets were already stinky before I even used them, and the 3‑bed suite only had one power outlet, making it impossible to charge any appliances. The kettle didn’t have its own outlet either, so we had to drag it to another room.

The pool was spacious and the grounds were lovely, with a nice view of the lake. The rooms felt a bit old and could use a refresh, and breakfast only had a few continental items; some dishes were quite spicy, which might not suit European palates, especially at breakfast.
