Zirbenhof

Arriving at Zirbenhof felt like coming home. Edith and Johannes are the warmest hosts I've ever met. The breakfast is lovingly prepared and everything the heart desires. The dinner is the same. We had the chance to join Johannes and five other guests on a day trip to the Karlsbader Hütte. The nature was indescribably impressive. This stay will always stay in my memory. Pure nature. Everything was top‑clean and well maintained. We had a room overlooking the Großglockner. Dreamy to wake up with a direct view of the sun‑lit mountains. WOW! Highly recommended. We will come back. Thank you Edith and Johannes.

“Spacious apartment with balcony and beautiful view of the surrounding mountain peaks”

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view was absolutely gorgeous, and the apartment was very spacious, with plenty of rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. We stayed on the second floor, which also had a lovely balcony. There is a forest right behind the house, making the surroundings very peaceful and quiet. The host was very welcoming and friendly. He lives in the house below, so he was nearby if we needed anything, while still giving us plenty of privacy. Parking was conveniently located right next to the house. The furniture is a little older, but honestly, we felt that this added a lot of charm and character to the place and created a lovely atmosphere. Overall, we had a very pleasant and peaceful stay and would happily come back

“Naprosto skvělé ubytování”

Everything was great. The owners are fantastic, the breakfasts are good, and the views of the Grossglockner are amazing. I can definitely recommend this place to everyone.

What a fantastic stay! The owners are very friendly and genuinely help you find routes for a nice hike in the mountains. The breakfast and dinner were delicious and well taken care of. The apartment is clean and the view of the mountains is beautiful. They really try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Highly recommended.

I was really pleased with the stay. The host was helpful and friendly, even driving with us to a mechanic when our car broke down and offering to lend us his car. The house had everything we needed, the view was beautiful, and the beds were very comfortable.
