The Hotel am Goethehaus, Weimar, is set in an 18th-century building, 2 minutes from the Goethe House Museum. Bright rooms feature white and lime green décor, flat-screen TVs, and some have balconies. A light breakfast is served in the chic dining room. The hotel's ice cream shop and nearby cultural highlights, including the Bauhaus Museum, make it an ideal stay.

The reception was very friendly, the service staff were also kind, the large bright room overlooked the courtyard, the bathroom was spacious, and the breakfast was good. We have nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was very good, the selection was wide and the dishes were lovingly plated. The rooms were very clean and tidied daily. The breakfast should have been offered a bit earlier than 8:00 am.

Located right in the old town, it had its own parking, a nice large room, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, and overall recommended; all sights were easily reachable. The beds were quite soft.

Everything was in Weimar. The parking fees were a downside.
