Everything was perfect. The hostel is huge, cozy, clean, warm, and comfortable, with a home‑like atmosphere. The location is excellent, and nearby you’ll find plenty of places to eat and shop. I felt right at home and definitely recommend it.

The best hostel in Almaty—my phone got lost on Yandex, but the receptionist sorted it out, and it really changed my life for the better.

The neighborhood is nice, but as a seasoned traveling family we’ve seen quieter hostels; this one felt quite bad overall. The staff were impersonal, there were too few showers and toilets, the beds were poor, and the price was far too high for what you receive. It definitely doesn’t merit such a high rating.

The staff are very good, helpful and friendly, and everything else is quite good.

Everything’s close by, the garden is large, the facilities are clean, and the staff are fun and amazing. The bathrooms are often full—only three are available for guests—which is typical for hostels in this area.
