The staff were really helpful and attentive, which made a big difference. But the mattresses were a nightmare—so much softer than the pictures showed. The place is a second‑floor hostel in a building with no front desk or clear signs, so finding the elevator was a scavenger hunt behind a wall of stacked chairs. The kitchen was tidy, and the women's room had an electronic lock, but the shared shower never heated up.

The host was a standout—always polite, helpful, and ready to assist from the moment I booked. Check‑in was a breeze, the place feels safe, and the rooms come with air‑conditioning. The whole setup is well maintained, so I didn’t hesitate to extend my stay. Whenever I’m back in Barueri, this is the first place I’ll go.
