The location and cleanliness were great, but the bed was too soft.

L’emplacement. 1) Le manque de propreté , 2) l’insalubrité de la chambre ( infiltration d’équipe au niveau plafond de la chambre avec fuite Daneau du plafond sur lit . Il a fallu changer exiger le changement de chambre le lendemain 3) sanitaire non conforme ( cuvette des wc instable / chasse d’eau coule sans arrêt , odeur nauséabonde d’égouts . 4) incompétence et manque de professionnalisme du personnel au petit déjeuner . 5) tarif des chambres ne correspondent pas aux prestations proposées

The place is nice and the people are friendly, but housekeeping can be late and I had to call guest services twice to get help.
