Everything was very clean, nice, and new. The property is right next to an agriturismo where I was attending a wedding, so the location is perfect for me. The only suggestion is that on the Booking site the photos could be arranged differently to clarify what belongs to a room versus common areas, like the lounge and, in my case, the hallway bathroom. The room photos with different bed arrangements are confusing and make it seem like there are more rooms available.

The place was clean, the owner was friendly, and the breakfast was freshly made in their restaurant. The entrance area was in bad shape, though.
