The staff were incredible—thoughtful, friendly, and helpful—and I’ve never felt such kindness from hotel personnel before, but there was no kettle in the room.

The rooftop pool was lovely and the location right next to Fort Kochi was great, but it was odd that the kitchen and dining area had no plates, bowls, cutlery, cups, or even cleaning cloths, dustpan, or floor brush. During our stay we had to bring our own washing up liquid and dishcloth, and only after a few days were we given bowls, plates, cutlery, cups, and a kettle. If those items had been provided from the start, the stay would have been much more comfortable and practical, or at least a list of available items could have been posted at reception for guests to pick up when they arrive.

The location is gorgeous, the pool is really nice, and the staff are top‑class. I recommend it.

The spot is perfect, the bed mattress is very comfortable, and the pool is a real bonus! The only downside is that there’s no breakfast or restaurant on site, but the Cozy Spoon just next door is delicious!

The comfort, the walkable distance to the city centre, and the restaurants nearby are great.
