I never got the room I had booked.

I had a reservation, but the staff had already assigned a room before we even arrived, which made for the worst experience.

I don't recommend this hotel at all; the room was old, the bed was broken with a torn sheet on top, and the bathroom had no lock either inside or outside—I'm seriously unhappy. Sorry, no one should stay here.
