Nayeem, the hotel manager, provided exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and personal attention that made the experience memorable; he was courteous, approachable, and always ready to help. The whole staff were welcoming, polite, and attentive, ensuring comfort throughout. I would highly recommend Hotel Eleven Boulevard to anyone seeking a comfortable stay near Dal Lake, whether traveling with family, as a couple, or exploring the Kashmir Valley. I would definitely visit again!

“A nice stay right across Dal Lake”

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Boulevard Road, opposite Ghat 11 on Dal Lake. The room offered great views, and the reception and support staff were helpful. However, the heating in Room 1002 didn’t work and the staff couldn’t fix it, hand towels were missing from all rooms, breakfast choices were limited, and the elevator sometimes didn’t work.

“Awesome Experience”

Exactly the kind of stay Kashmir deserves! We booked Hotel 11 Boulevard mainly for its location—right across from Dal Lake—but it surpassed that. It turned out to be one of the better luxury hotels in Srinagar and a strong pick if you’re looking for the best hotel at Dal Lake. The manager, Mr. Nayeem, deserves a special shoutout; he wasn’t just polite, he actually followed up to make sure everything was sorted, which isn’t common. That hands‑on management style made a real difference. Our room faced the lake with the Zabarwan hills in the background, a view that made us want to sit by the window with morning tea. The in‑room tea/coffee maker was heavily used, as was the mini‑bar for late‑night snacking. The 55‑inch Smart TV and solid Wi‑Fi meant we never had to compromise on downtime. Small details added up: the AC kept the room comfortable regardless of outside weather, the rain shower was a nice surprise, and having a hairdryer, iron, dental kit, and shaving kit on hand let us pack lighter. Housekeeping came daily without us asking, and the rooms stayed non‑smoking and fresh. Logistically, everything worked: 24‑hour reception, a working elevator, luggage help, reliable laundry, and a travel desk that pointed us toward good day trips. Parking wasn’t an issue, which is rare for a hotel this central. The real surprise was the food street on the first floor, with KFC, Pizza Hut, Costa Coffee, Vaango, and Infino ice cream all in one place—lake views and seating for over a hundred people—so we never had to leave the property for a decent meal.

“Booking . Com hasn’t verified the hotel 11 boulevard as no facility was proper”

The location was quite good, but there was no on‑site restaurant. The hotel took a booking that included breakfast, yet they served it only twice, offering just two dishes, and charged about 4000 rs for three days of breakfast. The lift didn’t work at all, and they gave me a third‑floor room with my senior mom; the hotel was unclean, shabby, and dirty.
