The bed was incredibly comfortable, the hotel stayed fragrant all day and night, the staff were super helpful and nice, and the breakfast was delicious—nothing could be better, so I give it 10.0/10.

The hotel was very clean, but the photos promised a restaurant with a bar, only to find the restaurant was under contract and no bar service existed; the “hot breakfast” on Friday had no hot items—just waffle makers, mini muffins, pastries, and bagels—while Saturday morning hot dishes appeared; also, my son, booked under my name but not a member, was charged $15 each for breakfast that was supposed to be included for members, so I give it 8.0/10.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast each morning was decent, but after many stays we were told there was no bar, no bar food, no laundry, and no pool; we booked the Holiday Inn for those, and when we asked the receptionist to call a taxi he only gave a number that didn’t work for international calls, so I rate it 2.0/10.
