The hotel’s furniture was very neglected, and the room had a bad smell.

Nothing positive. Carrying luggage up narrow, exposed stairs was a hassle, it’s a bit far from the city center, breakfast isn’t included, a cockroach was in the room, the inside of the door had a missing butterfly latch, the TV controls didn’t work well, there was no lighting at night to reach the room, the bathroom lacked ventilation, the closet was very basic with no drawers, the safe didn’t work, the water bottles found on day one weren’t refilled, there were only three hangers, and there was no air conditioning—just a ceiling fan.

The place is pretty, the beds and overall room facilities were fine, but the noise was an issue; we were given room number 1 and could hear outside hotel noise and all the reception noise, so we couldn’t sleep well. Maybe other rooms don’t have that problem.

The location was excellent and the staff were very attentive, but the room had moisture leakage issues.
