The location was closed; I called the phone number and the gate, but got no response.

The room was booked in advance and confirmed, yet when I arrived I was not allowed to check in, no rooms were available, and I was left without accommodation. That day a concert was happening, which I had flown in for from another country, so I was stranded in a foreign city without a place to stay. Terrible place, they offered nothing. The taxi to and from cost insane money. Remove this disgusting place from your site.

Ничего. Я могу сказать что этот отель не должен быть на booking , они обманывают людей , подтверждают бронь и заселяют других людей , в итоге ты приезжаешь и тебе говорят что мест нет , их номер на сайте не функционирует , я звонила несколько раз чтоб удостоверится что я могу приехать и меня ждут , но по итогу телефон просто был вне зоны доступа , я поехала на свой страх и риск , и как оказалось меня ни кто не ждал , мне кажется они подтверждают бронь ради шутки , для них она не имеет никакого значения

I made a reservation through Booking, it was confirmed, but when I arrived the staff told me there were no rooms left. The situation was extremely unpleasant, especially since I relied on the confirmation I received. Moreover, the staff did not even apologise for the inconvenience, and their attitude on the phone was cold, arrogant, and showed no interest in finding a solution. I consider this treatment of customers completely unacceptable and I do not recommend this location.
