The room was very clean and the staff were genuinely friendly and caring, knowing how to look after their guests. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work and the glasses in the room were dirty; I expected some packaged brioche, even though it wasn’t a B&B, but we took the chance to discover the local bars.

We liked how close the station was—just a 5‑minute walk—and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were disappointed by the stale smell that set in after the window was closed, so we had to turn on the air‑conditioner just to keep the air breathable. The microwave didn’t work, and we were surprised by what sounded like boiler noise at night, followed by a power cut early in the morning. The room was dusty when we arrived, so the cleaning could use improvement. Also, the key holder was flimsy and the keys slipped out easily, so replacing it would be wise.

Il letto comodo, la posizione, cabina doccia grande. Umida, copriletto con odore sgradevole, qualche disagio appena arrivati, come phon e macchina espresso. (Risolto subito)

The location is good and the staff are always helpful and proactive. Cleaning could be better, and the hair dryer didn’t work.
