Breakfast was very skimpy and it took 15 minutes to be ready on the day we left. The bed was comfortable, the toilet was child‑size, the ice machine was broken the whole time, and I had to go to the office for a power strip to plug the refrigerator. Breakfast could have been better, the biscuits were hard, and there was almost no gravy each morning.

The lady who checked us in on Friday was amazing, and the room was clean and comfortable. The lady on Saturday morning wasn’t very friendly and didn’t seem to enjoy her job. Breakfast could have been better – a waffle maker for families and some meat options would help, plus the lady didn’t keep it stocked well and seemed upset when you mentioned something was missing.

The receptionist Brina that checked us in was amazing. We are disabled and she accommodated us in a ground floor room. She was very efficient and friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was convenient and adequate. Thank you
