The location was fine, but the room size and orientation were poor, facing the back with another room’s window almost touching it. It was neither worth the price I paid nor close to the quality I’ve had in a 2‑star hotel. I’ve stayed in a better place in AL.

Extremely disappointing stay – would not recommend despite its central location on La Rambla. The room was freezing and had no proper heating, making the temperature so uncomfortable that I got sick. It also smelled bad and lacked privacy. The elevators were ridiculously slow, making even getting to and from the room frustrating. Worse, the hotel didn’t provide an iron, a basic amenity guests should expect. Overall, the room conditions and facilities were far below acceptable standards; the hotel clearly needs major improvements in maintenance, comfort, and management. A good location does not make up for such poor accommodation. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

The staff were very professional, friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was exquisite. The room was quiet with a lovely view of the city. Great value for money. Nothing to add.
