The room and common areas were clean, early check‑in was possible, and Isabela gave a warm welcome; the location is good. The breakfast room is not actually in the basement as often said, it’s large and bright, with windows and a door facing the back courtyard. The room was small, and the window was very tiny; we chose a twin instead of a double because that one was even smaller. There are stone deposits in the shower cabin and in the sink; one roll of toilet paper was used, the other was dirty, but we had ours. The toilet lid covers the flush button. No smart TV—just a few channels, which isn’t a big deal. The breakfast products were very cheap. At check‑out we left a charger in the room and no one informed us; it would have been easy since we didn’t leave immediately, just left our luggage at reception and returned a few hours later. Even though we booked through Booking, we couldn’t leave a review there; the hotel gave us a direct link that expired right away. We posted on Google, and only after about two months were we allowed to write here. Overall it feels too expensive for what it offers and definitely doesn’t look like a four‑star place.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was fine, and the bed was super comfortable, but the room turned out to be unexpectedly small.
