Best Western Hotel Posada Del Rio Express

This hotel was a great choice, located close to the airport and right near the places I had to visit for work. I also had to attend the Torreón Fair, and the hotel was only a 10‑minute walk away. The hotel itself is very pretty and elegant. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and bright, the bed comfortable, and the shower had hot water. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and I also enjoyed the pool area, which was pleasant and the water temperature was just right. The only downside was that the air conditioning was a bit old and made a lot of noise. Other than that everything was very good, and I highly recommend it. I will definitely come back.

I liked it; it has a comfortable American style that’s hard to find in places like CDMX, which we loved. It was clean and the pool was excellent. The staff provided outstanding service and quality, and we felt very welcome. They could add a buffet‑style lunch in addition to the breakfast buffet, because sometimes you just want to stay in the room and not go out.

The breakfast was hearty and tasty, and the service was good, but the air conditioner took a while to cool the room and I struggled to get the Wi‑Fi in because the password they gave me didn't work.
