The bath was fantastic, but the washlet in the toilet didn’t spit out water, and the food felt underwhelming for the price paid.

It was quiet and calming, and every bath had a great ambience that let me truly relax. The wash‑area had too few taps, the garden looked completely untended, and the walls seemed so thin that conversations (or something else) became noisy, prompting complaints even though the volume wasn't huge. I tried to be considerate of bedtime, but the noise still bothered me.

A perfect spot to unwind slowly, this traditional hot‑spring resort felt just right for rest. Because the rooms are old‑style wooden constructions, sudden movements cause creaks and sounds to echo, though careful use should keep any issues at bay.

I sensed a long‑standing tradition that made me want to stay again. The only downside was that the breakfast didn’t include any dairy items.
