The view from the reception is nice. The reception guy’s attitude was poor, and when I booked it said the room had a view, but it turned out it didn’t – he gave me the one he wanted.

Great stay, the staff were very friendly and attentive to any request, the room was clean and cozy, the view was spectacular and the location was excellent, just a few steps from the lookout and the center!

“Vista increíble a la barranca”

The view of the ravine, the sunrise looks nice. There is a fridge and a microwave in the reception, and they give free coffee. The beds are large and comfortable. They give water. The facilities seem a bit old‑fashioned, the door was treated poorly.

The view was amazing, everything was close enough to walk to, coffee and water are very important in a low‑temperature city, pay attention when travelers complain about that because I changed accommodation because of a cold shower and here the shower does have hot water, internet for those who need to work is excellent and the best, the service from Evelyn, I have traveled to 26 countries, I can say she was the kindest and most friendly receptionist, giving city and nearby town tips, always with a smile and trying to make you feel at home. Thank you Evelyn, my stay was perfect. For smokers there is an area not far and it doesn't bother other guests. Oh, the coffee is complimentary.
