B&B Due Fiumi 1908

I chose this place because it’s about 7 km from Parma, away from the ZTL and parking hassles, which is exactly what we were after. The building has a distinct personality and is perfect for anyone who values quiet. Parking was hassle‑free. Breakfast was the typical B&B spread, and the staff were friendly. The only thing that could be better is the breakfast, but it’s on par with most places of this type.

Breakfast was excellent. Pavia is reachable in just a few minutes.

The location and the size of the room were good. The bathroom was small with a sink that wouldn’t drain, and the breakfast was minimalistic.

I stayed in a Royale room, which was great, but the hygiene was only moderate—dusty, with pests on the floor, and the host seemed uninterested, saying “If there’s anything I’ll hear it.” The breakfast was mediocre, and the privacy between the room and the bathroom office at the location was insufficient.
