The hotel and its facilities are stunning, and the room I stayed in was amazing, but the staff really stood out—especially GM Clark, who was unbelievably helpful and made my stay unforgettable. I would definitely return to the W hotel next time I'm back.

The staff were genuinely friendly, and Carmen at the customer lounge helped us secure a last‑minute reservation at a nice restaurant nearby. The location is great, close to many popular restaurants and shopping malls, and the breakfast offered a wide spread of local and international foods.

The hotel’s design and comfort are excellent, and it’s located in the center. The food includes Bosphorus options. The club itself isn’t great, but there are good places around. The food was closed, something else happened, and it wasn’t very enjoyable.

Breakfast was great, offering different food options each day. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like; I love everything about the W Guangzhou hotel.

Overall, a great experience. The location is excellent, with plenty of food and coffee options nearby, especially Bosphorus. Rooms are very spacious and clean, with spotless towels and sheets, and rooms were serviced and beds turned twice a day. Plenty of water bottles were provided and restocked twice a day. Breakfast was very good, though sometimes the pastry didn’t taste fresh. The hotel seems geared more toward couples and business travelers; we were probably the only family with children, but they loved the room and breakfast. Service was excellent, with everyone polite and helpful. The pool was more suited to adults and exercise (laps) than relaxation, which we used for that purpose but it isn’t a place to chill. The hotel was undergoing exterior window cleaning, and it took a few days before they set up a system to prevent people from walking outside and getting sprayed. The only hiccup was during check‑in when I was asked to pay for the children’s breakfast even though I had booked stay and breakfast for all four of us; I had to show my booking email and print‑out, and they resolved the issue afterward.
