The dinner was extravagant, there were many kinds of sake and I was very satisfied; this is my fourth visit, and the housekeeper is friendly and wonderful.

The dinner could use a bit of improvement (but the food was fine, not the service!). There was no Wi‑Fi, no hot water, a cigarette smell in the room even though it’s non‑smoking, and stains on the walls. The staff were unable to fix the issues, either due to incompetence or because the hotel manager is terrible, I’m not sure.
