The room was spacious with a nice bathroom and a terrace overlooking a garden of a villa ten minutes from the historic centre; parking was fine. The welcome was attentive and discreet, offering valuable tips for the stay. The accommodation let me fully enjoy the beauties of Arezzo.

The facility was very comfortable, the room faced a courtyard and was very quiet. Breakfast wasn’t included, but a few hundred metres away there are bars for all tastes. The location is great for exploring the city, ten minutes on foot from the centre. Parking is on a side street, but if full, a three‑minute walk leads to a multi‑storey car park with a reduced daily rate. A hundred metres away is the splendid Renaissance Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie worth a visit.

The breakfast was tasty and met expectations. The location is on the outskirts but a 15‑minute walk brings you to the centre. There were no complaints.
