We stayed at the hotel twice to nap before heading to the Altai road. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the price‑to‑quality ratio was superb. We dined there and liked the kitchen. The only issue was the very bright chandelier; a warmer lighting would be nicer, but it wasn’t a deal‑breaker.

We stayed at the “Baybaris” hotel in Ust‑Kamenogorsk and it left a very pleasant impression. The décor is beautiful with national style elements, the rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy, showing careful attention to guest comfort. The staff were polite, friendly, and the service was good, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The grounds are well maintained and there’s convenient parking. The restaurant also deserves praise. In short, it’s a respectable hotel that feels nice to be in, blending comfort, hospitality, and Kazakh flair. I recommend it! The only downside is that it’s not in the city center, which might be inconvenient without a car.
