We really like this AC hotel; it stays clean and sits in a great spot. On this trip, we booked a king room but received two queens instead, and the staff didn’t ask if that was okay. When we went downstairs to request a king room and showed our reservation, they said none were available. They also confirmed we’d still be charged the same rate and offered no compensation, which was disappointing.

The location is great, but the elevator was out of service.

The blinds weren’t working, so we had to change rooms. We also struggled with the key card, but overall the stay was pleasant.

Everything was very clean, the location was perfect, the staff were exceptional, and the bartender was such a friendly lady. Initially, I couldn’t get into the building, but thinking about the building’s security made me appreciate everything else.
