“Very relaxed, very comfortable and very well located.”

The breakfast was tasty, with plenty of choices in a relaxed, well‑furnished dining room, and you could also sit outside, which was lovely; the staff were quick to help with any request. A few more cereals and fruits would have been nice, as I love a fruit salad with my granola.

The spot is perfect for walking around Palermo and just steps from a lively market where you can shop before heading back; the staff were exceptionally kind and eager to give addresses and visit tips. The only downside was a bit of noise from loud guests on a terrace.

The owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering a lot of proactive tips; the location was great, everything within walking distance. Breakfast was fine, with many options but few healthy choices. Unfortunately, the hotel is very noisy; we had the room under a terrace, so we could hear every step and when a chair was pushed across the terrace it was incredibly loud, and we could also hear other guests, neighbors, and the street.
