“Nice choice but let down a little bit with some design choices.”

The view and the room amenities were great, and the staff were very friendly, especially Mr. Wifag who gave us a shout‑out. The location from the airport is not far, about 20‑30 minutes via a boat. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. However, the privacy inside the room was lacking because the bathroom and shower are only covered by a half‑faded black transition and there is no sound insulation between the bathroom and the living space. Also, there was no option for a firmer pillow in the villa.

“In general I like the resort and the lady who ms Ana as she was very helpful and patient”

The location was perfect for us ladies traveling alone. The food offered in the hotel specials for room service was disappointing, and there were no options for a kid’s menu. The trip to the marina needed better organization; when we went, the restaurant was close but essentially everything was close, and there was no coffee shop or market to drink water or eat snacks, making us feel like we were walking in a very dead place.

“Loved our stay, would fully recommend”

The place was amazing—a beautiful island with great restaurants and amenities, and the staff were really kind and helpful with every request. We loved the shark snorkeling, and the room itself was fantastic, featuring a private pool and beach access. The only downside was that prices for excursions and food are quite expensive, though that might be expected for this type of hotel.
