Good location, just outside the old town. Too expensive for what you get. No private parking. The beds are worn out. Calls were not answered. There were payment issues beforehand. The equipment feels outdated.

The location is spot on and the rooms are adequate, though the towels feel a bit old.

The spot is perfect, but the bed and pillows wrecked my back and neck; the mattress is so worn it molds to your body and the pillows are terribly uncomfortable for the neck. I didn’t sleep well at all. The breakfast is also disappointing because it’s served at McCafe. Italy is known for great coffee, so it’s sad they chose McDonald’s. The room I got had no city view and wasn’t soundproof; I could hear everything from the other rooms.

The cleaning was very poor, the staff were very doubtful about confirming things, and the price was high for the services offered.

“Good location, poor facilities and only one true bedroom”

The central spot is good and there’s a great café just across the road, but when we arrived nobody was there to greet us even though we’d arranged a time. Towels, toiletries, and sheets were missing at first, only given later and with reluctance. The kitchen was empty—no cup, spoon, or even a few cupboards were blocked off. The main bedroom was just an alcove in the corridor with no wall, so anyone coming in or out had to pass through it. The second bedroom had only two child-sized beds. Breakfast turned out to be McDonald’s vouchers, and the pre-arrival communication was poor.
