“Toll bei schönem Wetter”
The view, pool, and staff were nice, but the place feels a bit dated.

It’s a peaceful spot away from city noise, perfect after a week of hiking in Bhutan; I walked around the historic village of Dhulikhe, and the gardens and flowers were amazing.

The hotel/resort was spotless with a stunning pool that offers the same breathtaking view you see from the room balconies. The rooms were spacious, equipped with a kettle and two water bottles. Cleanliness and staff were very helpful. Breakfast wasn’t a buffet (probably because of low turnout) but everything could be ordered on the spot. I didn’t visit Dhulikeil, but the location seems good, off the main road. Considering Nepali standards, the price‑quality ratio felt good (not sure if it changes in high season). The pool and restaurant staff were super friendly and accommodating. The check‑in reception was very cold, with only basic standard instructions. The resort is large, and to reach the rooms you need to climb stairs and follow directions; in a standard hotel I’d always have someone escort me (even if not needed), here I was simply told which way to go, even though it’s a resort.

A luxurious hotel with a beautiful, spacious room and a stunning infinity pool that felt amazing after the first chilly dip, friendly staff, and good food. Nothing to complain about.

We loved the very spacious and comfortable rooms, nicely decorated with all the needed facilities. It was the biggest and most comfortable suite among all our other bookings in Nepal. It stayed warm inside during December. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The 1000 steps Temple of Goddess Kali Temple is within reach (maybe 45 min), so one can make an easy hike and descend by local paths among the villages to the other side. You can also find a French cheese shop not far. A little more variety for breakfast and maybe heated water in the pool would be convenient in winter months! Some days there was haze because of air pollution, so it was difficult to see the mountains from the balcony, but this is a problem for all Kathmandu and Nepal, especially in winter months. Anyway, we can advise this very decent hotel!
