The person who welcomed us was very friendly and helped us find parking, which we didn’t know how to do. Their clear explanations of how to use the various amenities were very understandable, and their good mood made our first day in Japan enjoyable. The mattresses we slept on weren’t very thick, so we felt the floor.

Arriving late at night, the staff were friendly and attentive, showing care in many little ways. The room had futons laid out and felt comfortable. The banh mi was absolutely delicious, and I ended up ordering it again during my stay.
