The single‑bedroom, single‑bathroom suite features a balcony, terrace, coffee machine, dining table, outdoor furniture, work desk, minibar, microwave, soundproofing, and wardrobe. A 5‑minute walk to Pitangueiras Beach and 80 km to Congonhas Airport.

The place was decent, good value, well‑located, and clean. Still, staff member Paulo accused me of tearing the mattress, which was a baseless, annoying lie. I’m disappointed and won’t return; I’m used to staying in Guarujá where I find better options for the same price. The main issue was the staff’s arrogance: he called me to demand payment, tried to intimidate me, and was rude. If I were the owner, I’d hire people who can properly serve guests. Because of this, I give the hotel zero stars. If I’m harassed again, I’ll file a police report and sue for defamation and moral damages. I demand that Paulo stop bothering me and that he receive hospitality training.

I liked the location, close to the beach and the city center, with restaurants, cafés and burger joints nearby.
