The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean. The outdoor area wasn’t that nice and should be cleaned around the whole property.

“Decepcionante”

The only thing we liked was the owner’s attitude. The promotional photo has nothing to do with the façade or surroundings. The hotel once seemed like it could have been pleasant and prosperous, but now feels more like a pension. It’s important to know that to reach the hotel you have to climb many stairs (there’s no other access) and to reach the rooms you must go up one or two floors (depending on your room). Our room appeared to have been closed for several days, and when we arrived the heating was off, so that night we slept quite cold. The sheets are very thin (basically like you don’t have them), I suppose that’s a matter of taste, but there were no alternatives. During the three days we stayed there was no housekeeping service. It wasn’t disastrous, but it was disappointing; it’s a shame because it seems it could have been an excellent hotel, yet it fell far below expectations.

Quiet, room, balcony and view (photos). Breakfast. Nothing else. Everything is fine.

“Un hotel encantador que et fa sentir com si estiguessis en un conte”

The rooms and dining area are well decorated, but the exterior looks a bit abandoned and detracts from the overall experience.
